Registration (Pick-up your Number Card)
April 21 (Sat) 10:00-20:00 at the Nagano-shi Wakasato 'BIG HAT'
Registration will be made at the 'BIG HAT' Nagano-shi, which is located 7 min. by bus from JR Nagano Station (East Exit). Shuttle buses are available between 9:30 - 20:30 at JPY200 per person one way or JPY400 roundtrip. Free English city maps are available at the Information Desk at the station.
* Please be sure to bring your "Final information" which your registration number is written in and "Articles of Oath" with your name(block letters) and signature.

Access to the Starting Point on April 21 (Sun)
Starting Point is located about 20 min. walk from Kitanagano Station, which is the first stop from Nagano Station, ride by Kitashinano line from Nagano Station. Free ticket will be handed to athletes on April 20. Tickets for accompanying persons are available at JPY230 per person one way at the vending machine at the station.

Baggage Transfer Service
Free baggage transfer service is available from the Starting Point to the Finishing Point. Please pack all your belongings into a plastic bag and attach a tag on the bag. Be sure not to deposit any valuables. Secretariat is not responsible for any loss or damage to your valuables.
To pick up your baggage, please present your Number Card at the pick-up area near the Finishing Point.
Hours to check baggage: 6:30- 8:05, April 21, at the baggage van park near the Starting Point
Transfer from the Starting Point to the Finishing Point for your accompanying persons
Please walk back to Kitanagano Station (about 20 min.), take train to Shinonoi Station (17 min. ride) and then take a shuttle bus to the Finishing Point (fare is JPY200 per person one way). Please refer to the Transfer Plan.
Transfer plan after the race
Shuttle buses are available from the Finishing Point to JR Nagano Station East Exit.
Free bus ticket will be handed to athletes on April 14. Accompanying persons' fare is JPY500 one way.
Farewell Party
April 21 (Sun) 16:00-17:30 at Hotel Metropolitan Nagano
All friends and families of Foreign Nationality, please join the party. You are able to buy tickets at BIG HAT on April 20. (The ticket is JPY1000 per participant.)
Invited athletes will also be present and attraction such as Lottery.
